About This Life-Changing Program
Our emotions can be our greatest asset, or our demise. During these times of high uncertainty and emotional pain, learning the brain science behind how the human mind processes the information it receives and makes decisions is critical. This will give you the ability to truly understand yourself (motivators, triggers, patterns, values, strengths, etc), manage your emotions in the moment, read other people’s clues to attain a greater awareness of them and avoid judgement, and tie it all together to build great relationships and make decisions as your authentic self.
This is an important commitment that you will make to yourself - and it will transform all aspects of your life. The human brain is the most complex piece of machinery, and it requires attention and maintenance to perform at its peak. Together, with 13 other participants, you will go on a journey of self-discovery. Through a series of introspective activities, breakout room discussions, and interpersonal work, you will walk out with a fresh outlook on life, your potential, and how to make decisions that put you in a place to thrive.
This is an exclusive offering to only 14 participants to ensure we create an intimate, comfortable, and safe environment for each person to be able to share, learn, and grow together.
Participants can expect to:
Develop a deep understanding of the four primary elements of Emotional Intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social-Awareness, and Relationship Management and how they operate in your life.
Gain an increased awareness of how your subconscious thoughts lead to selective mapping. Identify your emotional triggers, physiological responses to increased emotion, and methods to calm yourself down.
Engage in exercises for each Emotional Intelligence element and develop your personal action plan to put those strategies into practice and create long-term positive behavioral change.
Apply the Emotional Intelligence learnings to the concept of teamwork, communication, collaboration, and healthy, productive confrontation when a disagreement does occur.
