About the Event
Leadership is changing. What people need in their leader is changing. As John Maxwell writes in Leadershift, "You cannot be the same, think the same, and act the same if you hope to be successful in a world that does not remain the same."
Survey results from Gallup and other organizations illustrate that the new generation of worker is looking for more in their leaders, and now the pressure from COVID-19 and beyond has accelerated the gap. Work productivity and performance has become directly correlated to the trust a leader instills in his/her team. Yet, leaders are being unfairly tasked with extra duties and less time to lead. This calls every leader to examine their style and find ways to transform themselves into a leader of the future – into a leader that serves their people, as opposed to other way around.
The Transformational Leadership 5-week Intensive Program is designed to actively engage you in a process; a process that encompasses a personal transformation in the following areas: leadership style, trust building, leadership skills (accountability, feedback, delegation), driving performance, team-building, and leading through change.
The weekly format offered is perfect for learning and absorbing the tools with time in between sessions to apply and practice the material.
Other topics covered in the training include how to: gain consensus and unity; motivate and inspire individuals and teams; manage conflict; hold others accountability; communicate effectively; empower others and drive performance.
Get ready for a program that will allow you to truly shift your leadership into the leader of the future.
